How long are gift cards valid?
Our gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Can the gift card be used on any treatment or product?
Yes. Our gift cards can be used on any facial treatment, add-on, Murad skincare product or beauty tool in our shop.
Can I split a gift card across multiple visits?
Absolutely. Any remaining balance after each visit stays on the card until the full balance is used or it expires.
When does the recipient receive it?
As soon as your payment is confirmed (usually within 24 hours), the recipient receives a beautifully designed email with the gift card code and your personal message.
What if my recipient does not live in Melbourne?
Gift cards can be redeemed for Murad skincare products and tools, which we ship Australia-wide free of charge on orders over $150.
Gift Card Terms of Use
- Validity. Gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL Schedule 2, s 99A). The expiry date is shown on the gift card email and confirmation.
- Redemption. Redeemable in-studio at AT THE BEAUTY BAR, 25 Teak Street, Caulfield South VIC 3162, on any facial treatment, add-on, Murad skincare product or beauty tool. Quote the gift code at the time of booking or before checkout in our online shop.
- Partial redemption. Gift cards may be used over multiple visits. Any remaining balance stays on the card until used in full or the card expires.
- Non-refundable & non-exchangeable for cash. Gift cards are not refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be reloaded. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Lost or stolen cards. Treat your gift card code like cash. We are unable to replace lost, stolen, or unauthorised-use gift cards. Please keep your confirmation email secure.
- Booking & cancellation. Standard treatment booking and cancellation policies apply when redeeming a gift card (24 hours' notice for cancellations). See our policies.
- Promotions & discounts. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card. Combining with other promotional offers is at the studio's discretion.
- Transfer. Gift cards may be transferred to another person. The new recipient must present the gift code at the time of redemption.
- Studio closure. In the unlikely event of permanent studio closure, any unredeemed balance will be refunded in line with Australian Consumer Law.
- Updates to these terms. AT THE BEAUTY BAR reserves the right to update these terms. The terms in effect on the date of purchase apply to that gift card.
