Local Pickup
All products are available for free pickup from our studio at 25 Teak Street, Caulfield South. Once your order is confirmed, we'll notify you when it's ready to collect.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. All orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1-2 business days from our Caulfield South studio.

Shipping rates apply to parcels up to 1kg. Heavier orders calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated live at checkout based on your destination address, parcel weight and your preferred service (Standard or Express).

- • Tracking is provided for all international parcels.
- • Customs duties, GST/VAT and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your products. If you're not satisfied:
- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Products must be in their original, sealed packaging.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
