No Refunds Policy
All facial services and treatments are non-refundable once completed. This policy ensures we can maintain the highest standards of service and continue to invest in premium products and equipment for our clients.
Service Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your treatment, we offer the option to exchange for an alternative service from our menu of equal or lesser value. This exchange must be requested within 1 month of your original booking date.

Please Note: Exchanges are subject to availability and must be used within the specified timeframe. No cash value or credit will be provided.
Retail Products & Skincare
14-Day Return Policy
Retail products and skincare items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet our return conditions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Unopened - Product seals must be intact
- Brand new condition - No signs of use or damage
- Original packaging - Including all tags, labels, and boxes
- Accompanied by proof of purchase - Receipt or order confirmation
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
