What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit begins with a brief skin consultation where we assess your concerns and goals. From there, your treatment is tailored to your skin on the day. Allow an extra 10 minutes for your initial consultation.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
If you're unsure, start with The Glow Facial or The Reset Facial. During your consultation we'll recommend the best path based on your skin type, concerns and lifestyle.
What is the difference between New Client and Priority Founding pricing?
New Client pricing is our introductory rate available during our opening period. Priority Founding Client rates are locked for up to 6 months and are reserved for a limited number of clients who join before official opening.
How far apart should treatments be?
For best results, we recommend treatments every 2-4 weeks depending on your skin goals. Your therapist will create a personalised plan at your first visit.
Do you offer couples or group bookings?
As a private boutique studio, we see one client at a time to ensure a calm, personalised experience. Group bookings are not available at this time.
What skincare products do you use?
We exclusively use Murad. A dermatologist-founded, science-backed brand with over 30 years of clinically proven results. All products used in treatments are available to purchase.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Free street parking is available directly on Teak Street and surrounding streets. The studio is easily accessible by car.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Please see our Policies page for full details.
Can I buy Murad products without booking a treatment?
Absolutely. Browse our online shop or contact us for personalised product recommendations. Pickup is available from our studio.
Are your treatments suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. All treatments are tailored to your skin on the day, including adjustments for sensitivity. We use clinical-grade products that are formulated for all skin types.
